LAS VEGAS — The Las Vegas Outlaws have acquired three-time All-Arena defensive back Eddie Moten, the League office announced today.

Moten (5-10, 185, Texas A&M-Kingsville) enters his 10th season in the AFL and his first with the Outlaws. He ranks first among active AFL players with 567 career tackles and third among active players with 50 career interceptions. He earned back-to-back First Team All-Arena accolades in 2006 and 2007 before taking Second Team honors in 2008. Splitting time between the New Orleans VooDoo and Orlando Predators last season, Moten collected 46 tackles and six interceptions.

A native of Dallas, Texas, Moten played collegiately at Texas A&M-Kingsville, where he posted 61 tackles, nine interceptions and 17 pass breakups over two seasons.
