Quick Recap: Soul Clinch Playoff Berth In Win Against Storm

PHILADELPHIA – The now 12-2 Philadelphia Soul clinched a playoff berth following a 64-42 win over the Tampa Bay Storm. Philadelphia was supported in front of crowd of 8,214.

For the defense, Soul veteran DB Bryan Robinson recorded a game changing safety on Storm QB Jason Boltus in the 3rd Qtr to put Philadelphia up for the first time in the game 23-21. Later on in the 4th quarter, Robinson recovered a fumble by Boltus for a TD that would seal the game.

On the offensive side, MVP candidate, QB Dan Raudabaugh threw an unofficial 7 touchdowns on the night which makes 93 total touchdowns this season.

As for Tampa Bay, QB Jason Boltus struggled throughout the night despite his 5 touchdown performance. As it was aforementioned, the 4th year QB from Hartwick was sacked for a safety, fumbled the ball that was later returned for a TD and was intercepted by DB Kent Richardson.
