Rayshaun Kizer Resigns With KISS
LA Kiss Press Release
Kizer (5-10, 195, Walsh), a five-time All-Arena selection, enters his seventh season in the AFL and his second with the KISS after joining the team midway through the 2015 campaign. He totaled 87.5 tackles splitting time between the KISS and New Orleans VooDoo last season, setting an LA franchise record with five interceptions – returning two for touchdowns.
“Having a veteran All-Arena defensive back like Rayshaun Kizer solidifies our defense as one of the best in the League,” said Joe Windham, CEO of the LA KISS. “We are excited to have him back on our team in 2016.”
A First Team All-Arena selection in 2010 and 2011 and Second Team honoree from 2013-2015, Kizer ranks third in AFL history with 62 career interceptions. He has also tallied 523 tackles and 140 pass breakups during his time in the League.
