Storm Struggles In Orlando, Lose 56-33

Orlando, FL – The Tampa Bay Storm (1-11, 0-6) were defeated by the Orlando Predators (11-2, 5-2) by a score of 56-33 in front of 13,527 fans at the Amway Center.  Storm wide receivers Prechae Rodriguez and Kendrick Ings returned for the Storm.

 

The night also saw the return of Storm wide receiver Prechae Rodriguez.  He finished the night with 13 catches for 113 yards and three touchdowns.  Rodriguez would also recover an onside kick and return it 10 yards for the score.  Kendrick Ings stepped into the kick returner spot and made an immediate impact.  He had six kickoff returns for 107 yards.  He would also have four catches for 31 yards.

 

The Predators were led by quarterback Bernard Morris who stepped into the starting role after Randy Hippeard went down with an injury last week.  He completed 16-of-23 passes for 131 yards and five touchdowns.  He also rushed six times for 31 yards and three touchdowns.
