Billings Outlaws owner calling for AFL commissioner to resign

Billings Outlaws owner Steven Titus sat down with Arena Insider Friday to discuss the issues impacting the Arena Football League. Titus voiced his frustration over claims of players and coaches not getting paid, safety and his disapproval of Commissioner Lee Hutton III. The owner called for Hutton’s resignation in what he believes will benefit the future of the Arena Football League.
